She discovered Kinesiology in 1994 when she visited a practitioner because I was so tired. She was also “slightly” addicted to diet coke which was also contributing to my tiredness. Kinesiology has sorted out my skins problems, her digestive problems and my tiredness – and I help others achieve the same. She trained in Systematic Kinesiology and completed my training in 1998. I set up The Academy of Sytematic Kinesiology in 2000 and have been the principal instructor teaching Systematic Kinesiology to others.
