I discovered Systematic Kinesiology in 1994 when I visited a practitioner because I was so tired. I was also “slightly” addicted to diet coke which was also contributing to my tiredness. Kinesiology has sorted out my skins problems, digestive problems and tiredness – and I help others achieve the same. She trained in Systematic Kinesiology and completed my training in 1998. I set up The Academy of Sytematic Kinesiology in 2000 and have been the principal instructor teaching Systematic Kinesiology to others. I run my private practice in Westport in Sheeroe, Westport primarily on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
