I live in London England. And been suffering with knee pains a while, I was getting hardly and medical help in the UK with the NHS so I had a private scan on both my knees in London and saw a private consultant. I discovered I had to have surgery on both knees. In England that was going to be very expensive and I couldn't afford it and I had a 2 years wait for a NHS hospital, so I decided to go abroad and choose to go to Turkey. I went to the Derindere hospital because I heard good things about it and it was amazing! I was treated like a king! My brother came with me for support and he was looked after as well. We was collected from the airport in Istanbul and taken straight to the hospital, when there I had x rays, mri scans, bloods tests and covid tests. Muhammad (my translater) then took my brother and I out to dinner in local restaurant. The next day I went to theatre to have surgery on both knees which all went well. After I was taken to my private room very happy with everything. The staff in the hospital are wonderful 10/ 10 perfect. The food and service 10/10 amazing. After my 2 nights in hospital my brother and I was taken to their 5 star hotel for conflession. The food everything was excellent. I was supposed to stay in Istanbul 9 nights but stayed longer because of bad weather freezing cold and heavy snow! So had 12 days in total, I had no extra money to pay as flights were cancelled. Muhammad and all the hospital staff were great all the hotel staff were great. I'm very pleased to have had my treatment there and would recommend anyone to go there. Many thanks.

The surgical team, support staff, hospital facilities and concierge services were world-class. I was able to consult directly with the surgeon from Australia with the assistance of the hospital’s international rep (Alişer Durdiyev) via WhatsApp. Everything was arranged for me from hotel bookings to transfers, medications and follow up appointments during my stay in Instanbul. My procedures were recommended and performed by Dr Ahmet Umut Yuvaci, who was fantastic. Florence Nightingale is a first-class private hospital with exceptional patient care. It was money well invested. I had direct phone contact with Dr Ahmet and the patient support team throughout my stay to manage the admission to recovery.
