We would highly recommend Mr Sabatini. We’ve been on a very long fertility journey, with IVF in multiple places and he was by far the most empathetic, honest, transparent, knowledgeable and caring doctor we met along the way. We did a number of IVF/IUI rounds and also a laparoscopy with him and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to seek a consultation with him.

Mr. Trehan is a Consultant Gynaecologist and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRCOG) and a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS). Having practiced in the National Health Service (NHS) for over 30 years (of which 20 years were as a consultant), he now practices solely within the private sector in West Yorkshire and Harley Street, London. During Mr. Trehan’s time as a consultant gynaecologist he has been involved in the management of thousands of patients. Through counselling, prescription and surgical intervention, Mr. Trehan has helped many of his patients reach their primary end goal which is usually a reduction/elimination of pelvic pain and/or an improvement in fertility caused by a variety of gynaecological pathologies. To this end, Mr. Trehan has undertaken thousands of major benign gynaecological procedures using keyhole surgery. In particular, Mr. Trehan is a specialist in the treatment of gynaecological pathologies causing chronic pelvic pain and infertility including endometriosis, fibroids and ovarian cysts. The majority of his operations involve complicated procedures, many of which are referred to him by other consultants and from other parts of the United Kingdom or abroad (many of whom have had several previous operations by other consultants by the time to come to see Mr. Trehan). Endometriosis Excision Treatment - Mr. Trehan is a specialist in the treatment of endometriosis and has helped countless endometriosis patients across the globe achieve pain relief and pregnancy. Mr. Trehan has innovated three surgical techniques in order to improve the outcome associated with endometriosis treatment surgery. Mr. Trehan performs all endometriosis surgery with no exceptions, no matter how advanced the endometriosis via laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery as it offers numerous advantages to the patient. Mr. Trehan’s endometriosis surgical complication rates are amongst the lowest reported in the medical literature and 90% of his patients leave the hospital after just one night’s stay following surgery.

Mr. Trehan is a specialist in the treatment of ovarian cysts, and has demonstrated that all ovarian cysts can be successfully removed via laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery no matter how large they are, even if the patient is pregnant. Further, he has demonstrated that the cyst can always be separated from the ovaries, and hence there is no need to remove the ovaries themselves; just the cyst must be removed.
