Customized nutrition and exercise programmes are formulated according to the requirements or goals of individual patients by the expert team. Online training services through Skype are offered for overseas patients. Services provided include personalized weight loss programmes, body fat tests, gait analysis, personalized fitness training programmes, physiotherapy, chiropractic care, nutrition advice including planning meals to help weight loss and augment sports performance and the services of a GP.

Baseline Physiotherapy is operated by Nikki McLaughlin and Rebekah Knight, located in Caerphilly. Both Nikki and Rebekah have established a modern and highly equipped practice. With private treatment rooms available they offer a long list of therapy options to their patients. Both initial and any subsequent follow up sessions last around thirty minutes, with massage sessions also lasting around thirty minutes.  We offer Physiotherapy and  Acupuncture for Musculoskeletal issues and injuries. We are unable to offer Chinese acupuncture or for holistic use, such as fertility issues and hayfever.
