Back2Back Complementary Healthcare

Rating from 3 Reviews I could go on but to tell would take a long timeBarry, UK, 21 May 13

My sessions with Suzanne vary as it is not only my back that Suzanne puts back into place, which is completed with expertise, with no discomfort actually the complete opposite. I have suffered with Tri Geminal Neuralgia for many years and have always had to wait for a hospital appointment for a procedure, that is after the GP has referred me. By which time the pain has become excruciatingly painful, now all I say to Suzanne is which branch is playing up and Suzanne will just position her acupuncture needles, probably for a couple of sessions and within a couple of weeks the niggles have gone. The knowledge that Suzanne possesses really puts me at ease. When I have pulled a muscle and left with that awful ache because the muscle might still be twisted Suzanne will use a technique that is called dry needling, sometimes the twist will come out almost immediately other times the needle will be in for a little longer while Suzanne carries on massaging and the ache disappears. The great thing is you do not even know the needle is going in. I could go on but to tell would take a long time.

Back In Form

01202 618105 ext: 63177 65-67 Commercial Road, Poole, BH14 0JB
Rating from 8 Reviews I have not felt this good in yearsMargaret, UK, 07 Mar 18

I managed to injure my back lifting something I should not have done. I was in extreme pain. I could not even contemplate going over to Southampton to the chIro I normally go there as was excellent and had sorted me out many times. However, I did have a reoccurring sciatic pain or certainly pain down my left side, pain most days and that was for several years. So I persevered with Steve at Back In Form. I have not felt this good in years. The strength I thought gone forever down the left side is now more or less normal and most of the time I am pain-free. Very through treatment included some acupuncture. Just so pleased that I found Steve here in Bournemouth at Back in Form. Would definitely recommend. I did have an MRI scan done and that showed arthritis in the spine and two vertebrae out of alignment so that is the cause of any pain but attending Back in Form and seeing Steve every 8 weeks is keeping me mobile and very largely free of any pain. I am so happy about it. Just found Back In Form on the internet. I usually go over to a Chiro in Southampton from Bournemouth but I was crying with pain and could not face the journey. Fortunately just by accident really I chose the right place to go. Was in a lot of pain but thought Steve with a very professional person and the pain was so extreme I kept going in the first couple of weeks. Now I just go to Steve at Back in Form regularly every 8 weeks.

Broadstone Physiotherapy and Aquatherapy

01202 618105 ext: 28523 24 Story Lane, Broadstone, Poole, BH18 8EQ
Rating from 4 Reviews modern, professional, but friendlyLynne, Bere Regis, 09 May 16

Several weeks following hip replacement surgery, I was still limping and using a walking stick. My consultant was concerned and suggested hydrotherapy. I researched and booked at Broadstone; after assessment and one session with Fiona, there was a huge improvement. Three more sessions and everything is wonderful. Next step is joining the Aquatherapy classes. I actually live in Kent, but I couldn't find a clinic locally that offered hydrotherapy and ticked all my recovery boxes. I am a frequent visitor to Dorset and having carried out research discovered Broadstone. My first impression was modern, professional, but friendly. Following treatment, I knew the long journey was worth it.

Jenny Hummel

0203 322 9884 ext: 70403 The Stables Clinic, Shillingstone House, Blandford, Blandford, DT11 0RZ
Rating from 7 Reviews I will be recommending Jenny to my family & friends, no doubt about it.Ali, UK, 22 Mar 17

I have been suffering from Sciatica for several weeks now and Jenny Hummel did the trick! She took details of my general health to start with, and then after I got comfortable on a heated treatment table, she massaged by hand, with an electronic massager and with ultra sound. It was amazing! She also showed me how to keep the sciatica under control, now that it has been "melted" with a tennis ball. £65 for the hour that I had with her was great value for money & Jenny has a lovely bedside manner too. I chose this clinic as it is in my village, I can walk to it and I love to support local business, as I have my own business too, so I think that's important. It's in a lovely setting and the clinic itself is so beautiful. Thoroughly clean, very smart and up to date, with the most amazing ceiling in the treatment room!! I will be recommending Jenny to my family & friends, no doubt about it.

Rating from 1 Review She feels she can improve on several areas to improve my mobilityThelma, UK, 15 Sep 16

My first appointment was to assess my condition - 50 years old legs problems from RTA as a pedestrian. Cathy identified several impairments never mentioned by others. She feels she can improve on several areas to improve my mobility. Very pleasant; very thorough. I felt very comfortable during this one hour consultation and treatment. I have booked for further treatments.
