Being a physician myself I’m so impressed with the medical services and professional approach of Dr Oktay Kumral and staff! I did extensive research prior to deciding on where to have my Presbyopia Lasik surgery done. I’m very happy with my decision going with Dr Kumral and real pleased with the outcome of the procedure. Also, I’m very impressed with the aftercare and follow up delivered by Dr Kumral and staff. Burak, Dr Kumral assistant was so attentive to small details. He guided me step by step through this and is still in touch with me making sure of best aftercare follow up. Two thumbs up to Dr Kumral, Burak and staff👌🏻

I went to the Med Assist clinic in Istanbul for rehab. My experiences there have been thoroughly satisfactory. Starting with the safety of the patients and of course the staff through trained security experts, the doctors, nurses and carers, everything was flawless and can only be recommended. Of course, your own motivation and attitude also play a crucial role, because without will and desire, not even God himself can lead you on the right path or bring you back to independence. All the employees were very nice, always helpful and caring. My conclusion is that anyone who wants to be in control of themselves again and free from dependency of any kind is in good hands in this clinic. With respect to the entire team, you do a great job and are also very tolerant, friendly and helpful. With kind regards to the entire staff, great respect for the great work you are doing.

We went for my father's illness, so glad we went, they brought my father back to us. Doctors, service staff, and everyone working in the hospital, they are smiling and doing their job with love. The staff were friendly, patient follow-up and feedback process were transparent. Thank you.
