In my experience, attitudes towards complementary therapies have changed remarkably over the past few years. More exposure in the media, has enabled the public to learn about the many and varied uses and benefits of different types of complementary therapies, this has encouraged people to begin to use them alongside their normal allopathic medication.  It appears that public opinion has softened somewhat, towards what was once seen as something 'a bit strange'. Now I find more and more people willing to try out complementary therapies. In fact the name of my business has grown out of the amount of times I've said to people "Just give it a try" and "You won't know unless you try it". Over twelve years experience of working with a wide and diverse range of clients in both the public and private sector, has given me an in depth knowledge allowing me to apply a multidisciplinary approach towards the individual needs of my clients. Using this approach enables me to create a transformational holistic treatment programme, tailored around their specific needs and expectations. Alongside working one to one with clients, I also teach Mindfulness and Meditation in a class setting. These classes have proven to be very popular as people continue to search for a way to find peace of mind in a busy world.
