Denise Wogan is a counselling psychotherapist and nutritionist based in County Louth passionate about holistic well-being. Originally from Tipp, my journey through managing chronic health conditions and motherhood burnout has profoundly shaped my professional approach. Through my own experiences, I realised that true wellness doesn’t come from chasing perfection but from understanding and managing life’s complexities with compassion and balance. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive qualifications in Counselling, Intuitive Eating, Breath Coaching, Life Coaching, and Eating Disorders Specialisms, including Binge and Emotional Eating. This diverse training allows me to offer a comprehensive, integrative approach to mental health, addressing emotional and physical well-being. I specialise in supporting clients who are dealing with anxiety, gut health issues, and emotional eating. My approach is flexible, drawing on my expertise to provide individualised care.
