I had my very first session online, I wasn't sure if online treatment would work, however shortly after I felt at ease, the doctor offered a 15 minutes free introductory session, after which I decided to continue with the treatment. I only had one session so far, I feel an improvement in my emotions, I will write another review once the treatment is concluded. Thanks to the team I dealt with especially Dr Thomas and Dr Demarco.

Are you generally in good health, not on medication and just want to: Optimise your diet for longevity. Reduce your risk of developing chronic illnesses later in life.  Age gracefully! Then this may be what you are looking for: What to Expect You complete a short questionnaire and food diary at home and bring it with you to the appointment.  We run over your current dietary habits and then I put together some suggestions as to how you may improve or tweak your nutrition for long term preventative health.  The consultation will last 25-30 minutes. This dietary analysis is a different service from a full consultation and cannot be combined with the full program.
