Today is day 13 after my FUE hair transplant and the experience with the Surgery group has been exemplary. Results: From day 9 it was near impossible to notice I have had anything done and I was going about my day to day activities. Dr Ahmed and his technicians did a very neat job both around the donor area and the transplanted area. So far the results look incredible and I can’t believe how quick I’ve healed and really how simple it’s been. Service: I have been searching for a clinic and surgeon for 3 years, after a lot of research, I decided to go with the Surgery Group. I loved how Jake and Matthew weren’t pushy and had 99% of answers within an hour of me asking. The experience on the day was as pleasant as can be, the facilities were good and Dr Ahmed really looked after me, he was caring, attentive and genuinely wanted to do the best job he could. The technicians were lovely too, they kept me comfortable and kept asking me how I was feeling. The only thing I would point out is- I was quoted and invoiced for 1,500 grafts but on the day I only needed 1,250 grafts, there is no price difference for having 250 less grafts Aftercare: I left the clinic with everything I needed, medication, saline solutions and a list of what I can and can’t do. Jake checked in with me every morning and kept in touch until I had recovered. Frankly speaking, there isn’t much more I could have asked for, it was a near-perfect experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the surgery group and I would certainly use them again in the future.
