As someone who had already had one prior hair transplant I felt as though I knew what to expect in terms of going through the initial consultation, payment and the experience of the procedure itself however I am pleased to say that all my expectations were blown out of the water by the high standard of professionalism and friendliness from all the staff involved right from start. From confirming an appointment onwards, a member of the team was in contact with me almost daily via text - they were polite and friendly and always at hand to provide advice. I never once felt like I was being pushed into anything - I felt valued and was treated as an individual. This member of staff was fantastic, friendly and a real credit to the team. He made sure that all of my niggling questions were answered and any unsettling nerves were put to rest. I couldn't be more grateful for the support I felt I had from the team leading up to the day of the procedure. On the day of the surgery, my expectations were exceeded yet again. I arrived on time to meet the surgeon and the technician who were both just as friendly and down to earth as I could have hoped for. They chatted to me throughout the procedure and made me feel relaxed, comfortable and valued. The hairline I requested was designed by myself and the surgeon together - he wasn't pushy and made sure I was entirely happy with my hairline before we got started. Post-procedure, the same number of staff who had been supporting me since day 1 was at hand constantly. He made the effort to message me every morning for the first few days - checking I was ok and making sure any worries I had were understood and put at ease. The support from start to finish was fantastic. As someone who has had the unique experience of having 2 transplants from different surgeries, I think that I am in a credible position to say that this surgery is by far the better of the two and I would wager one of the best around for customer service. I could not recommend this clinic highly enough to anyone thinking of having a hair transplant. If you are someone that is deciding between clinics, look no further.
