She was so very impressed with her experience that she urged me to contact her. Communication: Excellent! I had no problems with the booking process and was surprised that a busy professional , responded to my WhatsApp messages and emails in such a timely and personable fashion. Shirley immediately created a relaxed environment and successfully managed to balance professionalism with relatability. She ensured that I fully understood all of the verbal information received from her and then followed this up with evidence based written information. The consultation: I was amazed at how detailed and thorough her assessment was as she explored various avenues such as family history, medical history and diet, explaining throughout, the reasons for her line of questioning. Shirley's knowledge and expertise in her field is so clearly evident I received an holistic assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation plan and left feeling highly impressed, confident, reassured, listened to and understood. On 28th April 2024 I retook photographs of my hair and was astounded by the results! Most of the very sparse areas of my scalp are now covered with hair! I am so very thankful to you Shirley!

I had a combination of hair strokes & powder mist to create my new eyebrows which were practically non-existent. Hina was great & made me feel at ease & discussed the process in detail with me. My brows make such a difference to my life & I just love them, the shape is fantastic & they actually look like I have hair. I’ve been with Dr Uka since 2012. My journey has been complicated by middle age rosacea however between us we’ve worked through all of that along with anti-ageing support of tiny fillers around the mouth and chin to eliminate the chin bobbling that comes with middle age with support of small fillers around the mouth every 3 months or so I look and feel about 40 even though I’m 62!
