It was a great experience as I get my hair transplant there a month ago, the clinic was well equipped. Dr Aydin was very helpful and specialist in it also the assistants was skilled and smiling which helps a lot during the operation.

Very much impressed with the treatment. I had undergone FUE surgery at Istanbul health on 6th Sep 2018. Let me give some insight about my case. Previously I have undergone FUT strip method surgery 3 times and my scalp was in very bad condition. The first doctor in India had spoiled my hairline and there were bald patches visible everywhere. The 2nd and 3rd doctors were good and they tried to help me cover more area. However, the damage done by the first doctor was very bad, he had brought down my hairline too low to the front. Also, the stitches in the back looked like rough stitches on the leather shoe. Once convinced I made my journey from Ireland to Turkey. Istanbul is such a beautiful city. Dr Guvan met me with a humble smile, he checked the situation and promised me to do his best. He really did an extraordinary job. After the surgery, I could see the hairline is corrected and the work is so neatly done. The team is very professional. I would also like to thank Olga who had been so professional in handling everything from the transfer to hotel and managing the appointment. Olga took extra care of every minute details and she actually won my trust to undergo FUE. Previously I was a bit afraid to undergo another HT as I had bad experiences before. Olga explained everything very well, showed me the photos of the good work done by the doctor and made me understand the skill set of Dr Guvan. I would highly recommend Dr Guvan and a special thanks to Olga for being so nice and helpful.

My advice for anyone in the UK (or elsewhere for that matter) is to ignore the expensive and glitzy Harley Street, celebrity surgeries & the many new “budget” clinics appearing around London & get your hair transplant done by the professionals at Hairneva in Istanbul. Before my procedure, I did extensive research & contacted several clinics in Istanbul & actually visited one of the budget clinics here in London (which was horrendous)! Hairneva where not only one of the quickest and most detailed in their responses to my many questions prior to choosing my clinic, but from the moment of 1st contact to seeing me out the door on day 2, Sevil (my contact at Hairneva) was nothing short of exceptional & looked after my every need. Be in no doubt, a hair transplant is NOT a minor procedure akin to having a hair treatment injection, my procedure took almost 11 hours and the fact alone that Hairneva carry out all their procedures in an actual hospital should elevate them on to anyone’s shortlist. The hospital is private, upmarket & professional. Before my procedure, I was given a full blood test, blood pressure & health check (all very reassuring). Back to the Hairneva team & what can I say! Whilst I didn’t see Dr Öztürk in person during my stay, the entire team were professional, courteous and polite. Nothing was rushed & everyone new precisely what they were doing. As stated, my procedure took 11 hours and at one point after I started to feel a bit faint (you are lying down for a very long time) I was offered a break and served a meal despite the time being 9.30pm. The entire procedure never once felt rushed and the reassuring Sevil stayed throughout – in fact we were the last ones to leave the Hospital at 11.30pm! For anyone not familiar with Istanbul, Sevil arranged all my transportation including the return trip to the airport. All in all, any nerves I had about having my procedure done abroad were negated by the professionalism of the team and their attention to detail. Best of all, I had my transplant done for roughly the same price as that quoted by that horrendous budget clinic in London which operated (literally!) above a shop! The difference in service & surroundings could not have been more glaring! I’m now in month two following my procedure – the donor area has completely healed (no gaps) & as predicted the transplanted new hair has shed and there is just a hint of new growth underneath. I’ll make my final judgement in a few months’ time but thanks to the Hairneva team even at this frustrating stage in the process I am 100% confident that by this time next year, I’ll once again have a full head of hair. In summary, I could not recommend Hairneva enough, especially for anyone like myself who is extremely conscious about their hair and a little daunted by having it done abroad - what I thought would be a nightmare experience, in reality, turned out to be a lovely Istanbul break with the added bonus of having a professional hair-transplant whilst I was there! All I had to do was show up. Thank you Hairneva team and special thanks to Sevil for making it all that little bit easier all around. 5 stars.

I've been going to Doctor Bircan's clinic for quite a while now for Mesotherapy treatment to give strength to my hair before the procedure. At the end of the year, I've booked my procedure with him and everything played out perfectly. Continuing my treatment with vitamins recommended by the Doctor and I'm very hopeful for the final results. Thank you all!
