So, after extensive research, I chose this clinic to carry out my second hair transplant/ restoration. I chose Antalya as I was there for a vacation, and it was most convenient. My case manager, Asli has been absolutely fantastic. From my initial enquiry to my post care. Asli had been in regular contact with me from day 1. There were no pressure selling tactics and she answered all my queries I had. Her communication skills are excellent, and she will give her honest views. Asli is a great asset to HCT RHC. I contacted several clinics in Antalya. The main reason I chose this one was that it was a Doctor led clinic. They only take one patient a day which results in you having 100% attention. I previously went to a ‘hair mill’ but had a good result however, if a clinic is accepting up to 10 patients a day it is bit of a lottery whether you have a good team working on you on the day. All the top clinics only accept one patient a day which minimises the risk and puts their customers first as opposed to £££. The clinic itself is clean and modern. I started off with my hairline consultation. I made a few amendments to my hairline which the Dr accommodated- there was no ego or arrogance and they were happy to listen to my needs and requests. One thing is to manage your own expectations- you aren’t paying £5 a graft or £10,000 plus for a procedure so you will need to be realistic with your expectations and your end result. The team were extremely passionate and took care of me from start to finish. This was my second hair transplant, so I knew the whole procedure. But this time round, I felt the team took their time. I arrived at 09:00 and didn’t leave until 20:00 so I know the whole day was focussed on me as I was the only patient on the day. I didn’t feel rushed and great care was taken. The team spoke limited English however I was kept updated with every step of the procedure (via Asli). The Dr was extremely experienced too and was able to tell straight away the positives/ negatives about my previous hair transplant. They knew that I had two different technicians previously who worked on my extractions and this showed in my donor area. I really liked the team- they were considerate, polite and helpful. I asked the Dr to use my donor area hairs and also beard hairs which they accommodated. I’m only 2 weeks into my hair transplant. But what I can tell is there is density, the grafts have been implanted/ angled in the correct direction, mostly singles used in the hairline (but some doubles) and the service I have received is excellent. I didn’t have any swelling, the surgery was ‘clean’ and I was impressed in the technique used. There are so many factors to determine whether your hair transplant is a success or not. I spent months and months carrying out my own research, including watching hundreds of YouTube Vlogs which is a great source of information. I wanted to give myself every chance of making sure my HT is a success and to educate myself, so I am well prepared. I would contact as many clinics as possible and ask many questions. I was apprehensive with the limited number of reviews however, Asli would provide me with reassurance and the information of previous work. I am glad I chose this clinic. Have I experienced an excellent service from this clinic? Absolutely! Will I recommend the clinic? Yes, of course! A few tips which helped me in both hair transplants: • Buy the SNUGL travel pillow from Amazon (this is a fantastic travel pillow and will help you when sleeping) • Do not wear lace type trainers/ shoes. Slip on shoes/ plimsolls/ sliders/ work so you can simply slip on your footwear on each day, so you don't have to bend down • Take buttoned shirts for your trip post-surgery. (You don’t want to dislodge any grafts when taking clothes off) • Book a cabin bag for your return flights as the clinic provide you with shampoo over the permitted 100ml allowance which you can no take a hand luggage • Book a window seat for your return flights to ensure no one drops anything from the storage area and saves you from getting up and down (you don’t want to bang your head) • Buy a new sponge. When you wash your hair, apply the shampoo the clinic provides onto the sponge and lather it with some water. You can then squeeze the contents onto your recipient and donor area from a distance when you carry out your first wash. I preferred doing this method as opposed to lathering in your hands as the first one or two washes your grafts are still quite delicate • Use a jug when you wash your hair to avoid the pressure from the hose dislodging your grafts • Drink plenty of water (2-3 Litres plus a day) • Have a good balanced diet with lots of protein (avoid whey protein shakes) Good luck!

I had a hair transplant at this clinic and my operation went for 15 hrs with a great experience and outcome. Great team and work! Adem is a considerate person, he is great at his job and he also treats you like a friend and family! He and his team have a great skill in this area. He was working on me for more than 15 hours! He loves what he doe and he is very good at it. In addition, if you do not speak Turkish, Emre is a translator with a great personality. If you come from the US to this Clinic, Emre is a dude from California which you do feel like you are at home. If you bring him an In-N-out, you might have a special discount as well.

I went here for cosmetic surgery with Dr Sabahattin Kandall and everything was amazing from before I arrived to how I am healing now. Susan who organised everything for me was available all the time on wats app to answer all my questions. The hospital is spotless clean and very modern and staff and nurses can not do enough for you. The surgeon is a genius and I felt 100 % safe in his care. He goes above and beyond for you with full explanation of everything step by step. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone or the dr. I would not go anywhere else.
