To have someone like Aida supporting the process takes away a lot of the stress you experience, and it's also a huge quality assurance that takes care of everything you know, you don't know or should know. I cannot recommend Aida and Safe Rebirth enough as a partner to your gender-affirming journey. My perhaps most memorable and needed moment from Aida was a reply to a message I sent to her just before I boarded my flight to the clinic: «Don't worry about a thing ... chill, you've got enough on your plate».
