However unnoticeable and natural micro grafts appear, they do not give you a full, thick head of hair. For that, many hair transplant surgeons will use micro grafts for the hairline and the front and edges of the hair. Then, they will use mini grafts farther back on the scalp. In this procedure, a strip of hair from the donor region is taken and the hair grafts are then dissected from it and implanted on the thinning or balding area.
