I decided to use Dr Summit Agrawal for my hair loss surgeon. Communication was excellent with prompt responses to my questions about my requirements and the pricing was very competitive. I was initially quoted as needing more grafts after sending pictures but Dr Agrawal revised down both the grafts and prices after my first consultation. The consultation was thorough and any questions I had were fully answered. I was provided with a breakdown of the procedure and made aware of any issues. I was able to fit my transplant into a very busy schedule in Mumbai and the clinic was very flexible in terms of accommodating my needs. The procedure itself went like clockwork with the treatment carried out professionally in a clean environment. I wanted to keep as much as my hair at the recipient side as possible and the team fulfilled my request. Dr Agrawal was able to successfully complete the surgery and left me looking forward to the results in the future. I was prescribed a range of medication and vitamins which will aid the recovery process and I hope to see the success of the surgery in the months ahead as I'm currently in the shedding stage. Coming from the UK I was hesitant with undertaking surgery outside of the UK but I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dr Agrawal and the staff at Harley's Clinic for providing me with excellent service at a great price.
