Mrs Juliette at the reception area was more than professional and genuinely attentive, facilitating all onward processes, and this made me feel really relaxed. Dr Movsisyan, with all his expertise and friendly approach, created a huge assurance in my mind, clear and precise information before and after the transplant, he was very meticulous in his job. Unfortunately, I can't remember all the names, the 6 or 7 nurses, dated 28.05.26, who were in the surgery room, were simply comfort-focused, ensuring that I am at ease all the time.
