Biography:

Dr. Kamil Kutlay is an Istanbul-based Operator who has been practicing Obstetrics and Gynaecology in İstanbul for over 25 years. Kutlay has been specializing into the branch of Assisted Fertility since 2008, and acted as the Head of the IVF Unit of Hospitalium (2010-2013) and Kadıköy Şifa Hospital (2014-2017).

Kutlay is now providing infertility and assisted reproduction treatments to his patients in Kalamış IVF Center.
