Treatment includes: 1- Specialist Assessment of man and woman. 2- Depending on the hormone analysis of men, medical treatment is to be planned for men lasting between 6-8 weeks. 3- Once the medical treatment is done for men, egg augmentation process is to be started on the 2nd or 3rd day of the menstruation spouse. 4- Collection of the mature eggs and the search of sperm cells through biopsy from the testes (called TESE). 5- In case there are no mature sperm cells found through TESE, premature sperm cells (round spermatids) can be collected. 6- Stimulation of the eggs to be provided with special electrical activation. 7- Transfer of obtained embryos.
