Before this, I had tried Alhamdulilah, after 10 years of marriage, I was blessed with twins, a boy and a girl, with the IVF treatment in Jinepol. Before this, I had tried every possible medicine or procedure in my country, but my condition became worse because every doctor tried to reduce my weight rather than treat my hormonal issue. I had PCOS. In Jinepol, I felt I was heard for the first time, and they focused on the real problem, not on just one symptom. Dr Salem helped me understand the issues and the whole treatment. The staff also took care of me physically and emotionally, and they are very gentle. I'm glad I found them through a friend's cousin who had a baby through Jinepol's IVF treatment, Alhamdulilah. I got pregnant right away after the first embryo transfer, but lost it in 8 weeks. But the doctor didn't let me lose hope. I got pregnant again after the second transfer, and finally, my twin babies are home with me. It was not easy at the start, but they guided me through the issues. I have told everyone around me who wants a baby and is very hopeless with other institutes. I give them 1000000/10. I hope they keep doing this service the way they're doing it. Thank you Jinepol

We offer patients meeting these criteria a 20% reduction IVF+TESE/TESA if vasectomy fails which means no sperm in the ejaculate 3 months after surgery or no pregnancy one year after surgery.  The drugs for ovulation induction are not included. - The female partner should be less than 36 years old at the time of the surgery - The female partner should have an examination before the reversal and have a good chance for fertility.  The uterus and endometrial cavity should be normal. The ovarian reserve should be fine. - Male partner should have a proven fertility before vasectomy or a good quality sperm at the time of surgery.  This can be done with TESA (Testicular sperm aspiration).  TESA can be done before surgery to evaluate the fertility potential with IVF if reversal fails. - Although some men develop antibodies to their sperm if vasectomy is done 8 or more years ago, we do not consider this possibility as poor fertility potential for IVF success. So the duration of obstruction is not a criterion for the eligibility for this program.
