Excellent. Very nice, good and helpful staff and doctors.

We went to ProcreaTec in August of this year and had IVF treatment (ICSI). We needed to use donor eggs, and although we looked into doing the treatment in England, it would have been too expensive. We didn't qualify to have it done on the NHS, as we were so rudely informed by a dreadful consultant in Brighton, because my stats were too low and I was over forty. I didn't speak for three days after that. Spain was a natural location to think about having the treatment, as its clinical standards are extremely high (they do more tests than English clinics), and it is much cheaper than England (luckily the exchange rate was also in our favour). My grandparents retired out there over thirty years ago, and I'm mixed race so I look Spanish. ProcreaTec was recommended to us after we had already decided on Spain, and so it was a no-brainer. We couldn't have chosen better!

ProcreaTec was recommended to us by a friend, who had also had it recommended to her. She and her husband had the most wonderful time and had nothing but praise for the clinic, the treatment, the lovely staff, and the icing on the cake, beautiful twins first time! Her enthusiasm, and of course, her results meant that we didn't have to think twice about choosing PrecreaTec, and we were not disappointed. They look after you from start to finish and they care about you. It's a small and aesthetically pleasing clinic where you feel important. We all understand the fertility game is a lottery, but we always felt confident in their care. The staff are all so lovely, with special mention to the wonderful Nathalie, Dr. Alex, and Dr. Marta. We cannot praise them all highly enough. We had the best time exploring Madrid and really enjoyed the whole experience. I know it can be stressful, but we had fun. I think a lot of that was because we felt secure with them. It worked first time too. We are now expecting our first child in May 2016. We also managed to have two eggs frozen, so we hope to go back again as soon as possible. We will be eternally grateful to ProcreaTec.

IVF - In Vitro Fertilisation Egg Donor

We had egg donation IVF treatment. We have been through a 4 cycles so far, each time there were small changes to the treatment, before we underwent another cycle we had an array of tests to see if something had been missed and again adjusted treatment explaining each time why which was reasurring. So far so good this time 20 weeks and counting. Service has always been very personal (better than i received in UK) and I have always been able to reach someone by email or phone.

The clinic was in a good location near the bernabao stadium we stayed in a hotel 5 mins walk away a couple of times and further in town a couple of the other visits. Very clean and modern again in contrast to some of my UK experiences. Staff very helpful and felt genuinely interested. The main positives for our experience was the speed with which donor eggs could be found - after giving up in the UK after waiting 10 months with no reply, we were offered eggs within 9 weeks (it took 5 weeks for the most recent search)

I had egg donation treatment and have been very happy with the clinic. They have been friendly and very professional. Location was excellent. We had 10 blastocysts, 2 implanted and 8 snow babies. Just have the dreaded 2 week wait.
