Cataract Treatment  
Le traitement de la cataracte est basé sur le niveau de déficience visuelle qu’elles provoquent. Si une cataracte affecte la vision que très peu, voire pas du tout, pas de traitement peut être nécessaire. Les patients peuvent être conseillé de surveiller l’augmentation des symptômes visuels et de suivre un check-up réguliers calendrier. Dans certains cas, un changement dans la prescription de lunettes peut apporter une amélioration temporaire de l’acuité visuelle.L’augmentation de la quantité de lumière utilisée lors de la lecture peut être bénéfique. L’utilisation de revêtements antireflets des verres clairs peut aider à réduire l’éblouissement pour la conduite de nuit. Lorsque la cataracte progresse au point que cela affecte la capacité d’une personne à faire les tâches quotidiennes normales, la chirurgie peut être nécessaire. Chirurgie de la cataracte consiste à enlever le cristallin de l’œil et de le remplacer par un cristallin artificiel. La lentille artificielle ne nécessite aucun soin et peut considérablement améliorer la vision. De nouvelles options de lentilles artificielles comprennent ceux qui simulent la capacité naturelle de focalisation d’une lentille saine jeune. Deux approches de la chirurgie de la cataracte sont généralement utilisées: Chirurgie à petite incision de la cataracte consiste à faire une incision sur le côté de la cornée, la couverture extérieure transparente de l’œil, et l’insertion d’une minuscule sonde dans l’œil. La sonde émet des ondes ultrasonores qui se ramollissent et l’éclatement de la lentille de sorte qu’il peut être retiré par aspiration. Ce processus est appelé la phacoémulsification. I have been suffering from my reduced vision. That is to say that I had to wear contact lenses and glasses for approximately six years. I finally decided to do the Eye surgery in Turkey for a perfect price, also a very excellent treatment done by both the surgeon and his assistants! I have done the so-called " PRK / Lasek" surgery since the surgeon decided upon doing it because of my thin cornea. As noticed the results went absolutely fine and you could pretty much rely upon the treatment. I felt sure that the doctors are most familiar with the procedures and everything they do. Excellent. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Since I don't speak Turkish, they were very friendly toward me. I would certainly recommend this Medical treatment for anybody suffering from his/her vision. I have received eye drops after I have done my post controls. I have been in the hospital for a few times for a recheck up for my eyes and their development after the surgery. I was guided by Emre Altin. A very kind, helpful gentleman who did his best to satisfy me and help me with the translations since I don't speak Turkish. I was treated by Dr Hanefi Cakir and Erdinc Ceylan. I would definitely recommend this clinic highly by their kind and excellent medical treatment! I have been told much about the medical treatment in Turkey. A few other members have done the eye surgery in this clinic. I got to know some stuff about it. I also got highly recommended by others and wanted to have a visit to Istanbul to do the surgery. I got pleased with the services and recommendations. They were really prompt to help me. Their webpage " MedicTurkey" is also very informative about each and every procedure. But always ask and they will help you a lot. Until now I am very satisfied with the results. Though my eye is not 100% healed yet It will probably get better by these three months as the doctor advised me to use the eye drops.
