I went to the Med Assist clinic in Istanbul for rehab. My experiences there have been thoroughly satisfactory. Starting with the safety of the patients and of course the staff through trained security experts, the doctors, nurses and carers, everything was flawless and can only be recommended. Of course, your own motivation and attitude also play a crucial role, because without will and desire, not even God himself can lead you on the right path or bring you back to independence. All the employees were very nice, always helpful and caring. My conclusion is that anyone who wants to be in control of themselves again and free from dependency of any kind is in good hands in this clinic. I came from Finland for surgery with the doctor. As the surgery would be 1/5 of the price of what I would have to pay in in my own home country. I visited the doctor and he examined me and took the time to do all the proper tests to see if I needed the surgery or not. Turns out I had been misdiagnosed and there was no need for the surgery after all!! Though I did not need surgery, I can 100% recommend the doctor since he could have very easily said oh yeah sure let's do it, and just take my money! Overall the doctor was very professional and I could see that he had a lot of expertise and accumulated knowledge and it felt I could trust him. More than that the doctor’s assistant is amazing, speaks very good English, and provided clear and informed communication along the process. Very thankful for their efforts.
