I recently had eye surgery to my left eye. After failed attempt to fix my double vision in Canada a good friend recommended Rutnin hospitals. I suffered 26 months with double vision. They say in our country don’t go to foreign countries to stay in Canada. We have a failed healthcare system and it has been known for a long time. I lost income because of their neglect. All they said it will get better because they want you to come back so they will make more money. Here in Asia they care and want you to get better. I thank you so much Dr Pocpong for changing my quality of life to the better.
This hospital is utterly INCREDIBLE. Dr Piyawat is an absolutely brilliant doctor. They took a very grim and complex situation and completely transformed it for the better! They performed 2 life safe saving surgeries and helped with an absolutely perfect patient repatriation to Australia. Everyone I spoke to was so professional, courteous, the communication was flawless which in a non-English speaking country was a HUGE RELIEF! They were extremely fair, honest and upfront with pricing. Dr Piyawat went above and beyond to help my uncle and my family and we will be forever grateful. If you ever know of a non-Thai resident who finds themselves in need of medical assistance in Thailand I would not even think twice about where to go for help. Five stars is not enough!!!!
This is an excellent hospital. Organized, informed staff who are very helpful. I felt comfortable the whole time I was there for my mammogram and a serious leg problem. Such a relief that we can make appointments and they are honoured. My only complaint is no one answers emails. I've tried several times to make an appointment to see a dermatologist but no one has ever answered my email. We also tried to find out if Bangkok Hospital gave out covid shots but no one answered.
