All nursing staff and Reception desk people are well trained and dedicated to patient services. Hospitality, staff behaviour, hygiene and everything is excellent. Maintaining social distancing from each other.
I just want to say about Reception Desk Lady whose name is Rekha Narkhedkar. Rekhaji is always on hand to help with any needs, extremely courteous, friendly, helpful, supportive, and attentive. She has given us wonderful service.
Whenever I asked anything, she immediately responded to me in a polite manner. She treated my mother like a family member. I have never seen her ( medical Staff ) in my full life in the hospital. Really hats off to her, We really need this type of medical staff in each and every hospital.
The Hospital is located in the centre of Nagpur. I would highly recommend the Jasleen Hospital
