ataract & IOL Surgery Refractive Surgery (LASIK) In 1978, Dr. Noshir Shroff joined Shroff Eye Centre as Medical Director & Partner, and started Cataract & Intraocular Lens (IOL) Implant services, as well as Refractive Surgery services. He has been a pioneer in the field of intraocular lens implantation surgery in India, having performed his first implant surgery in 1982. Dr. Noshir Shroff was also one of the first in the country to start Phacoemulsification, in 1992. He is also a pioneer amongst the keratorefractive surgeons, having performed thousands of surgical procedures including, PRK, LASIK, LASEK, Epi-LASIK and Intralase (Bladeless Lasik surgery).

MBBS & MS (AIIMS), fellow in Vitreo-retinal surgery (Shankara Nethralaya) Retina & Vitreous Dr. Cyrus Shroff joined Shroff Eye Centre in 1984 as medical Director, and started the Retina & Vitreous subspecialty. He is one of the first to introduce vitreous surgery in North India. He has been practicing exclusively in the field of vitreo retinal medicine and surgery for 30 years and has performed thousands of vitreoretinal surgeries and lasers. Dr. Cyrus Shroff is credited with pioneering the technique of true bimanual vitrectomy.

MBBS, DO & MS(Mumbai), Fellowship in Diseases of the Cornea (Sankara Nethralaya), Fellowship in Diseases of the Cornea & Keratorefractive Surgery (Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary, Harvard Medical University, USA) Cornea Refractive Surgery (LASIK) Dr. Mathur has a long association with Shroff Eye Centre as Cornea Consultant since 1996 with a vast and varied experience of all genres of Refractive Surgery including P.R.K., Epilasik, Lasik and newer techniques of Femtosecond Intralase Lasik and ICL implantation, Latest techniques of Conjunctival Surgery like A.M.G., Limbal Grafting including Pterygium surgery, newer modalities of treatment for Keratoconus including procedures like Corneal Collagen Cross- Linking and Corneal Rings (Intacs) and Corneal Grafting (Anterior and Posterior Lamellar Corneal Surgery). Dr. Mathur is the Officially appointed Certified Physician Laser Trainer for Abbot Medical Optics (AMO) USA.
