Balance and Tinnitus Treatment Lancashire

My in ear hearing aids hadn’t been setup properly and weren’t comfortable or working well. I went to see Bernard, who was wonderful. He set them up and adjusted them. He checked them again 2 weeks later and now I don’t even know I’m wearing them. Wonderful treatment. I highly recommend Better Hearing Clinic.

I had both ears cleaned by suction. I only used olive oil on one but the process did not cause any discomfort at all. Highly recommended and waiting time for the appointment was a week. I chose Nuffield as I could get an appointment quickly to suit me. The reception staff were polite and helpful and only waited about 5 minutes before being called in. The doctor and nurse were both extremely pleasant and the process was explained.

The care I received from Mr. Hari and his team at Nuffield Hospital Shrewsbury has been excellent. I originally booked an appointment due to having one abnormally large tonsil and recurring sore throat, with the NHS saying I didn't meet their criteria for referral to a specialist. From the first consultation through to the eventual tonsillectomy, Mr. Hari was always very friendly in his approach and clear in explaining what the options were He fully involved me in the decision-making process for my care and I never felt under any pressure. On the day of my tonsillectomy, the care and support from Mr. Hari and the team at the Nuffield Hospital were flawless - everyone was friendly and went out of their way to help me. The procedure itself was carried out quickly and without any issues. Mr. Hari came to see me the morning after my surgery and gave me a direct number to contact him in case I had any issues or questions. He also called me on the weekend to check on my progress which was very reassuring. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr Hari or the Nuffield Hospital Shrewsbury.

I had a build up of wax in one of my ears, and unable to get an appointment with my GP's clinic before I went on Holiday. I contacted the clinic and was seen/treated within 3 days. The treatment was painless and successful. The visit was very relaxed, with a small waiting lounge with a tv and drinks available if required. Magazines not to my choice but current.
