I had rhinoplasty for the second time. My first surgery was performed by another doctor and unfortunately, I didn’t get the result I wanted. The problem was that the tip of my nose was thick and my first doctor said I can’t make it thinner than this. But that wasn’t true because doctor Serhan said that he can do it and he really did it! I’m very happy with the result and I thank doctor Serhan Derin and his team very much!

Everything (hotel stay, operation, hospital stay) was organized by my contact Alexey. The pickups from the airport and each time from the hotel were timed perfectly. And confirmed the successful operation to us. The nurses were always there and helped a lot on the first night. I felt very taken care of by the doctor and also in the clinic. Unfortunately, on the second day of our hotel stay, a small health complication arose in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, no one from the clinic could be reached. From my side, I was unable to report the complication myself. The hotel and my companion tried to reach the clinic and my contact person during the night. Unfortunately without success. The information was also not given to Dr. Akif Yildirim, which shocked me a bit. Dr. Akif Yildirim is very confident in his craft and does an excellent job. He had gained complete trust from day one. After 5 days there was a check-up appointment. An interpreter was still there to help. He also took enough time for the examination and cleaning. The subsequent self-care that I have to do was also explained very well. Post-operational consultant Bahar is still in contact with me now.
