Just had my ears cleaned at the clinic on Ashmore Road at Bundall on the Gold Coast. The appointment was spot on time. Tessa, the lady who cleaned my ears was terrific!! Watching the whole process on a television screen was very interesting. I'll be back. Many thanks.
Overall, I found the services excellent. Dr McMonagle was really outstanding: professional and thoughtful, as well as caring (came personally to see me after successful surgery) Nurses, many of them caring and looking after me, all of them contributing to a truly positive and seamless recovery. Receptionists were friendly and forthcoming too. Thank you all at Pindara and Ramsey Health Care. NPS: 10
Dr Dan Robinson . Highly recommended to anyone and all ages as an ENT . A true caring Specialist in his field. From consultation through treatment procedures and final consultation, everything was explained thoroughly and my questions were answered. The staff at Pindara day surgery and Dr Dans rooms were very polite and professional, care provided was excellent. It’s my pleasure to recommend Dr Dan Robinson for ENT problems.
