Hi, my name is Veronica Evans I am a Nutritional Therapist and Weight Management Specialist providing 1-2-1 sessions and group sessions in both exercise and nutrition.  I have qualifications in Nutritional Therapy, Obesity & Diabetes, Exercise to Music, Hypnotherapy, NLP and Reflexology.  I am REPS level 4 qualified specialising in Obesity & Diabetes and GP Referral certified. I have worked in the fitness industry for 30 years now both managing group exercise studios and teaching exercise to music including aerobics, conditioning classes, zumba and dance classes.  Zumba and dance classes are currently held in Knaphill and New Haw.
