I got all the results the day after

3.1 50 Blood Test • Paid: £450

I booked the tests the day before. I turned up at the clinic at 8.00 am. I did pre surgical tests (blood tests, ECG and urine test) and I was out after 20-30 minutes after my arrival.

Everyone was kind and professional. I got all the results the day after. I recommend.

Extremely impressed

5 50 GP Consultation

Just wanted to express my thanks to the doctors and staff at Freedom Health I’ve been to you practice twice now and am extremely impressed with the professional and high calibre of service I received from the staff. Both times the doctors were prepared to listen to my every woe and at no point did I feel as though my concerns weren’t being taken seriously. They took their time to answer all of my questions and even took time for a general chat which certainly put me at ease. I am full of praise for FreedomHealth and would highly recommend them to anyone who requires the services they offer.

I was very impressed

4.8 50 GP Consultation

A very good example of joined-up healthcare in the proper sense. I was asked about my family's health as part of my diagnosis. The doctor preferred not to speculate until more tests were done. I had to return for a follow up consultation but the original doctor was unable to see me. This did not matter as he was equally personable and had copious notes from the first consultation to follow. I was very impressed by the joined-up nature of this clinic's approach to GP medicine.

Really positive experience

4.8 50 GP Consultation • Paid: £175

Consultation and Extraction

This was my first experience with a private health clinic, and I have to say I am beyond converted! I have since had my initial appointment and could not be happier with the outcome. The GP I saw was incredibly professional, courteous, and in equal parts genuinely concerned for my wellbeing and determined to find a solution at any cost. I have never had such care and attention paid to me before at a doctor's office; he really took the time to listen to what I had to say and referred me to a specialist (within their office) when all of his resources were exhausted. All in all, a really, really positive experience and I will not hesitate to go back! The administration of the office was impeccable – the PA’s are unbelievably on top of their job, and do absolutely everything to ensure the process runs remarkably smoothly. The price I was quoted was exactly what I paid, and was absolutely worth the cost to be treated like a real human being with a genuine problem (versus the degrading and unhelpful experience of seeing an NHS doctor).
