The actual scan was satisfactory and very good value. I had an AAA scan which is not usually offered to women by the NHS. I have a small complaint about the admin team. 1) My appointment was on a selected date but my email stated that this was arranged on a different date, I only noticed the error a day before the appointment. Having arranged transport this caused a bit of a panic. According to the customer service, I was right and this was a typo. 2) I have received a voicemail, but I am unable to understand what the woman is stating as she is speaking so fast. It took me several attempts just to get the phone number down. I still do not know what the caller wanted. I am an older person and found that difficult. Maybe it would be better to send a text instead of voicemails. For such a good scan service, the admin is not very professional. For this, I have deducted a star.
I have never written a review all my life. I have my own reasons though. I could not wait to share my experience with this chemist when I went there yesterday 25th November 2021. The environment was superb. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful and polite. The pharmacist dealt with me. She knows her job really well, was patient and calm and very respectable. I extend my gratitude to her and the entire staff. Keep up with good work. God bless and have a great day.
