From the first moment I contacted Fiona, I knew they were the company for me, she had also had the surgery and talked me through the surgery process and life afterwards. Arriving in Izmir just confirmed everything else, the pre-op tests were amazingly thorough have found out that I have an underactive thyroid and this could account for symptoms I was worried about but fobbed off at home and blamed on my weight. I’d been worried about the language barrier but I’m so grateful for the TrustMed team even though the nurses had limited English, the TrustMed team were there to translate everything for me and my companion. The care they took for my companion went above and beyond, constantly kept my sister up to date and even took my wife’s number to call her at home. They are an amazing team, hardworking and considerate. The aftercare is amazing, rapid response and so insightful. I highly recommend this wonderful team if you're thinking about having surgery. Looking forward to being a new and healthier me.

Professor Dr Bekir Atik and his team consisting of another very talented doctor Dr. Memet, his lovely assistant Neslihan and his very helpful and kind nurses Livanur and Kardelen.They are simply top league in terms of knowledge, implementation and follow-up on aesthetic issues and procedures. At the end of August I had an almost 7-hour aesthetic combination surgery. My arms, legs and tummy were tightened because I had a lot skinsaging after I lost 50 kg of weight. When I was researching for clinics and asking around, some clinics turned me down, some doctors didn't want to do such a big surgery. Some doctors recommended that I do this surgery step by step, or it was more about the money. Professor Dr. Bekir Atik wasn't like that. It took a short while before I got a clear yes or no after my request. But his decision was solid and well thought out. Dr Bekir Atik is honest and has a lot of experience. He accomplishes in collaboration with Dr. Memet masterful performance on the human body. I was skeptical at first because Dr. Bekir seemed aloof but upon examination, his actions and skill spoke more than words. After a while, I got warm with him. I trusted the skills of both doctors blindly. These two doctors are just over the top! Super professional and still honest and human. Operations are not just for money here. Neslihan is the chief nurse, the patient advisor and the all-rounder on this team. In addition to medical questions, she never left me alone for a second with any other questions. I can attest to the fact that I have both cried and laughed with her. Just a great and professional person. I can write to her at any time, even after the treatment, if I have any questions. The two nurses, Kardelen and Livanur, are made of sugar. They are patient, open, understanding and respond to all questions and requests. Very cordial and professional. If anything is unclear, the team is very well-networked. You won't be forgotten. And feedback comes quickly. The only criticism of the save medical istanbul concept is the aftercare after the procedure. Points such as raised seats for the toilets or possibly lymphatic massages or massage rollers would be the bonus, THE extra that would make this team and the concept perfect. After the surgery it was very difficult for me to use the bathroom, because everything was sore and painful and the seat in the bathroom in the clinic was too low. The massages or massage rollers could also have worked against swelling. I would like to thank Professor Dr. Bekir Atik and his team.
