Dr Seok is very professional in explaining the product usage and benefits, risks and the entire treatment process. It was my first time here fixing chin filler and the after-effect was great. The nurses are friendly and helpful. Not to mention, Dr Seok is patient and able to understand all my concerns despite having a bad experience in a previous clinic for chin filler. One more thing to add is there’s zero pain during the treatment procedure. He handled his patients with care as promised! I’d definitely come back for future treatments and filler touch-ups. Dr Andrea Ooi is a super-skilled and professional surgeon. She is supported by such dedicated staff who have allowed me to have a very successful operation. And I felt so supported prior too and have a well-advanced support arrangement moving forward; which will greatly assist in my weight loss journey. I visited the clinic for Foot Wart removal. The doctor is very gentle and very friendly too. Barely felt a thing during the whole removal process. The staffs also follow up diligently in order to make sure there's no abnormalities during the recovery process. Overall, the doctor is very experienced, and friendly. Staff are also friendly and clear in their communication too.
