My wife recently took seriously ill yet she didn't want to see a doctor. Kept saying she would feel better tomorrow. I phoned the receptionist, she could not have been nicer, so understanding, and organised for my wife to see the doctor ASAP. Greatly appreciated and put my mind at ease.
