About Wealthy Workforce

We specialise in helping people with a BMI of above 40 to lose weight by teaching and supporting them every step of the way. All of our staff are university qualified Health and Wellness specialists. We have developed a program that is tailored to each individual in order to get the best response from the program. The program will teach you how you can improve your lifestyle to gain control on your weight. The weight you lose and the improvements you make are based on your determination to succeed. We will be with you every step of the way to keep you motivated and to ensure you reach your target weight.

Weight Control

Control your weight with diet and exercise. Make them a part of your life. It is never going to be quick but if you make the change and stick to it you will get to the weight you want. Our program will teach you how to get there but it is up to you to get there.

Weight Loss Consultation

6 -12 week term weight loss program for individuals with a BMI above 40. (BMI = weight(kg)/height(m) squared

Program includes:

  • 2x exercise sessions as part of a group a week
  • 1x exercise session to be done on your own
  • 1x 15 minute consultation a week to discuss diet and exercise
  • Weigh in each week and girth measures every fortnight
