She runs Patrick Holford's zest4life Nutrition and Weightloss programmes in Portobello, Dublin.  "Patrick Holford is one of the world's leading authorities on new approaches to health and nutrition" Daily Mail The zest4life philosophy is to teach people to eat real food in the real world. There are no shakes or meal replacements. During a zest4life programme, you encourage your body to use the food you eat as fuel and not to be stored as fat. This is a private practice hence there is little/no waiting -time to see the doctors . This is particularly suitable for busy people and enables them to get back to business /work . It facilitates and encourages people to attend for health checks as often delays and waiting can be disincentives and result even in people neglecting health check -ups . There are 2 doctors;G.P.s  ,1 psychologist  ;counsellor, 1 chiropodist and 1 physical therapist here .Opening Hours:  Mon-Fri: 10am - 12pm, 2pm - 4pm and 6pm - 7pm. Sat: 10am - 12pm Please note we do not accept GMS or Medical Card patients.
