I had 3 crowns, a 3 tooth bridge, a root canal and tooth whitening, all done April 25-April 28, 2017. Beyond everything being a tremendous savings the entire process was very professional and fast. I could have wasted a couple of months in the U.S. getting this amount of work done. I chose this clinic because they were quick to provide an estimate by email. I feel lucky that I did. The entire experience was excellent. Virginia (the dental assistant) met me at the port of entry and walked me to the clinic the first time (2 blocks). The clinic is easy to find and very clean. Dr. Zalli did a great job throughout. The work is all very satisfactory and both Virginia and Dr. Zalli were very pleasant. The bridge and crowns were made and test fitted before the porcelain was applied to be sure everything was perfect. I would return to Dental Del Rio in a heartbeat. I Highly recommend them. Even with flight from Wisconsin, car rental and hotel expense, I saved 75% and got great results. Treatment started at 9 AM Tuesday and was completed by 1 PM on Thursday! I had an MRI of my cervical spine and this is the second MRI I've had done here. I'm trying to determine if the issues I'm having are from degeneration in my neck or more alignment problems. This clinic does a good job and everyone are very nice, but remember it is Mexico and everything is not "new and shiny" like in the states. There are several people that speak some English, and if you speak some Spanish it will be helpful but not necessary. You check in and pay at the office on Javier Mina and then a driver brings you to another office a few blocks away where you get the MRI. When your finished the same driver brings you and the disc of your MRI back to the first office where ther doctor will read and make the report right then. Total its 3-4 hours if you wait for the report, which I did the first time. Yesterday I asked if they could email me the report ( which is in Spanish) and they made films of my MRI and copied the disc in ten minute for me to take so it was only 2 hours. The report was in my email by the time I got home and now I will translate it. For $227, which is less than my copayment with Blue Cross and not having to wait more time to get approval it is a great deal. If if I do have degeneration I'm planning on getting [Treatment name removed] treatment from another doctor in Ensenada I would definetly go back, I've been very happy with both of the MRI's I've had done there.

I had a brain MRI done with contrast. It was a comfortable and pleasant procedure. The nurse was very professional and cared about my overall well being. Thew tech was very nice and explained the procedure in detail. This clinic was awesome. They picked me up at the boarder and drove me to the clinic. The facility was extremely nice as was the staff. The procedure was easy and comfortable. I would definitely go back and recommend them to anyone who's looking for an awesome staff, and overall experience!

Dr. Lumban made me feel very comfortable and explained my procedure in detail. Would highly recommend. The surgery went very smoothly. I didn't have much pain afterwards although I was swollen and bruised. I could tell as soon as the splint came off that I had made the right choice. I couldn't be happier with my nose. It really blends in naturally with the rest of my face now! I am so happy I am very pleased with the service and staff. I really enjoyed the facility, it is nice and clean. I am very satisfied with procedure because everything went Well. Yes I was very happy with the quick answers and very professional also, very happy with price!
