Diagnosis Dermatologica

Dr. Josep Malvehy born in 1966 and graduated in 1992 from the Faculty of Medicine Barcelona, ??in Spain. He graduated specialization in Dermatology and Venereology in 1996 and his doctorate in 2006 with cum laude. His main field of research is skin cancer, including tumors and melanocytic melanoma. In particular, research has focused on the study of the new tool diagnostic for in vivo evaluation of skin tumors based on dermoscopy, Confocal microscopy. He is also involved in genetic research and melanoma susceptibility and Biomarkers in melanoma, treatment of skin cancer and melanoma with complex advanced disease and distant metastases.

-Dra. Susana Puig graduated in 1988 at the Barcelona School of Medicine, and received his specialized degree in Dermatology and Venereology in 1992 and doctorate in 2000.

-Dr. Puig is the Director of the research program of the Unit of melanoma in University Hospital Clinic of Barcelona. Areas of special research, dermoscopy digital, monitoring of melanocytic tumors, confocal microscopy and genetics melanoma.
