Outstanding Emergency Dental Care from Dr. Victoria Greenhalf
I had an emergency dental issue and was incredibly grateful to be seen just a few hours after calling. Dr. Victoria Greenhalf was calm, professional, and reassuring from the moment I arrived. She took the time to show me my X-ray and clearly explained my treatment options, which really helped me feel informed and at ease.
The treatment itself was excellent. The anaesthetic was administered so gently I genuinely didn’t feel a thing — a far cry from my last experience elsewhere, where it felt like the dentist took a run-up! Dr. Greenhalf resolved the issue efficiently and with great care. I left feeling relieved, pain-free, and very well looked after.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a dentist who combines technical skill with a warm, patient-focused approach.

Visited the hygienist for a routine clean. I have been having regular cleans/check-ups under Karen's wing and following her advice and guidance over several visits, my gum and teeth health have greatly improved. Today the feedback was very satisfying as my results were the best ever. Thank you Karen for all your help and expertise.

I attended the dentist on 21st August, where Dr Victoria Greenhalf treated my broken tooth. I was very happy with the care she took and her expertise.

I recently visited the Regency dental practice Melksham and was seen by Dr Rebecca Pullin, she was very friendly. I was given a very thorough examination and was very informative

Karen Greener is an excellent hygienist who I see each year. She is friendly and reassuring and extremely good at her job. I leave every visit to her with a particularly shiny smile.

Had cap replaced today, brilliant service & very friendly staff. My fear of dentists is rapidly going away after many years.👏👏👏👏

Made my first visit, for an examination, having not been to a dentist for some considerable time. Very impressed with the reception and the professionalism throughout.

Had a badly chipped front tooth from biting very crusty baguette too hard. Phoned the practice and was able to get a very swift appointment. The damage was expertly repaired and blended into the remainder of the tooth perfectly. As always Dr Pullin was very gentle with me and despite not having the injection offered did not feel and discomfort. I find the team so very helpful and professional and it is always a pleasure to visit even if the reason for the visit isn't !!

Great service from booking an appointment. You get all the forms to fill before you go to save time. Appointment was in time , good friendly service very thorough and professional. I have been with this practice for year and have always delivered the same high standard of service.

Had a troublesome filling / chipped tooth replaced plus some preventative fillings where my gums had receded. Dr Rebecca Pullin was excellent in her caring treatment, as I am of an age where in my early years dental treatment was very basic and the memories linger!

I really appreciated the care she took. She ensured I was comfortable during all stages of the treatment and I can honestly say the whole session was totally pain-free. She has an excellent chairside manner and the ability to create a relaxing environment.

P.S I was hoping she would use some Fugie 9 during my treatment but not to be!!

Melanie Daykin is fantastic she treats you with such care and patience. She went through my treatment plan and made sure I understood and was happy with everything discussed. I was not put under any pressure to take up the plan.

Very thorough and caring treatment, from Rebecca .pullin I remain worried despite having had many many trips over the years, the childhood memories are still there!
Luckily these days dentists want to help you retain your teeth.
