Regency Dental Practice - Melksham

An excellent practice which I have been attending for many years. Louis explained everything to me and was friendly and reassuring. The reception team are all helpful and kind as well as the dental nurse at my appointment. We are so fortunate in Melksham.

Had 2 fillings today. They were done by Melanie. All I can say is that she's absolutely brilliant. Very personable and keeps you informed throughout the procedure. Many thanks

The Dentist I have now is a lovely dentist, I think she is called Victoria
She is very good at putting you at ease. I hate going to the dentist, but
It's not so bad with her.
Her assistant is always helpful
I can honestly say she is the best Dentist I have had.

Cannot fault this dental practice … Keith is the most lovely dentist, he puts you at ease, he is brilliant at what he does and gentle with his work, and you can chat to him like an old friend ( whilst not being treated obviously!), Karen the hygienist is also lovely, super chatty and knows her stuff!
The reception team and nurses are also lovely and friendly …
Wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

I saw Dr Victoria Greenhalf and her wonderful Dental Nurse today, 11/11/25.

I was getting moulds for partial dentures. They were both so kind and reassuring.

I also truly appreciate being seen downstairs as a disabled person. Also that they seem to care and understand my concerns regarding my chronic pain and immune system deficiencies.

Outstanding Emergency Dental Care from Dr. Victoria Greenhalf
I had an emergency dental issue and was incredibly grateful to be seen just a few hours after calling. Dr. Victoria Greenhalf was calm, professional, and reassuring from the moment I arrived. She took the time to show me my X-ray and clearly explained my treatment options, which really helped me feel informed and at ease.
The treatment itself was excellent. The anaesthetic was administered so gently I genuinely didn’t feel a thing — a far cry from my last experience elsewhere, where it felt like the dentist took a run-up! Dr. Greenhalf resolved the issue efficiently and with great care. I left feeling relieved, pain-free, and very well looked after.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a dentist who combines technical skill with a warm, patient-focused approach.

Visited the hygienist for a routine clean. I have been having regular cleans/check-ups under Karen's wing and following her advice and guidance over several visits, my gum and teeth health have greatly improved. Today the feedback was very satisfying as my results were the best ever. Thank you Karen for all your help and expertise.

Karen Greener is an excellent hygienist who I see each year. She is friendly and reassuring and extremely good at her job. I leave every visit to her with a particularly shiny smile.
