Today I had a root removed! Ouch! A couple of weeks ago a crown broke off, taking the whole tooth with it. But leaving most of the root behind. So began the removal, but the root would not yield in one piece. Instead, it just broke into many pieces. After bone removal and stitches, it finally came out. Very good service done by a professional.

I have been attending Crabtree Dental Practice now for approximately 30 years. I am a very nervous patient and have conscious sedation for extensive treatment and I feel extremely well looked after and comfortable. All staff are very friendly and put you at ease as soon as you walk through the door and I have never felt that they rush you but give you the time you need.to discuss any issues. I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! This is the highest degree of sympathy and understanding of the desperate situation in which I was. I thank from the bottom of my heart my professional doctor- Nikolaos Kasiteridis. I have hated dentists, not personally, but never felt at ease in the chair. Not the case with Aztec, put me at ease, job done quickly and efficiently. Very happy. I now have a plan of action going forward with costs outlined and affordable. Very good, nice people.

I was a patient of Andy Kershbaumer 22 years ago and he was brilliant. I fully agree with another reviewer in that I never experienced pain when getting treatment. I am back in Scotland and after two visits stopped going to the dentist as they were vicious. Andy was always friendly and I hope he continues to prosper.
