Graduating with honours, Steven trained at the George Brown College, Toronto, Canada. A lifetime career in dental technology provides a trustworthy platform for his clinical special interest – the prescribing of quality prosthetics.

With more than 25 years’ experience placing dental implants, Owain cares for our implant patients but also takes on general dentistry cases. First working in hospital oral surgery, he was in the vanguard of UK implant dentistry.

Joe qualified from Kings College, London in Dentistry, achieving multiple awards including The Maurice Wahl Award. He went on to complete his training in Facial Aesthetics in Harley Street and is dedicated to excellence in his profession.

As well as ensuring practice compliance, Rebecca is also our patient coordinator, qualified dental sedation nurse and a radiographer. She works extensively with Dr Owain Rees on the more complex surgical cases that come into our clinic.

Sophie Mae BSc Dental Hygiene and Therapy (B’ham) offers direct access appointments for those requiring a same-day scale and polish. No delays – just call and get an appointment. Sophie also looks after referrals from our own dentists.

The much-loved Ann works primarily with Sophie and has been a ‘fixture’ at the North Street practice for nearly 40 years under three different owners. She has witnessed major transformations in the fabric of the building and dental medicine.

Demi has been at North Street since 2016 and works primarily as Practice Principal Steven’s dedicated denture prescription nurse. Demi has achieved her BDA Education Certificate in Dental Radiography and is Dr Joe’s Aesthetic Nurse.

Emily is a qualified dental nurse and sedation nurse, she has been at North Street since 2015. As well as working with implant surgeon Owain, Emily supports Dr Joe at our Rejuvenate Clinic.

Phil is a vital addition to the technical staff in our on-site laboratory at Dudley, bringing to the practice 25 years of technical experience in oral prosthetics, outstanding levels of craftsmanship and razor-sharp analytical skills.

An experienced dental nurse, Lydia can also be seen helping out our front of house on the busy reception desk. She is key to the day-to-day smooth running of our Denture Clinic at North Street.

Chloe is the public face of the clinic and as its full-time receptionist is the first point of contact with our patients. Well known for her welcoming smiles, she also organises the hectic dental diaries and is our Practice Plan Champion.

Married to Practice Principal Steven and with a background in public service management, Jacqui looks after the company’s financial affairs and when required assists Becky with the day-to-day running of the business.

Sandra is the newest addition to the team here at North Street Dental and can be found working our busy reception desk. Sandra is new to dentistry but brings with her a wealth of customer service experience.
