The whole experience was faultless. Douglas telephoned to discuss what was required by me and to explain their situation re-treatment opportunities. Further contact by the dental nurse explained what procedures I needed to follow on the appointment date and time. These worked perfectly as arranged. If I was asked to rate them out of 100 then my response would be 100. The process was personal, structured and highly effective.
I needed an adjustment to my denture plate. I contacted Calvin, and he asked me to go to his Nuneaton studio, and he corrected the problem straight away. We are very lucky to have Calvin in our area. He is a wonderful denture maker who will sort out any problems with a smile and patience, and efficiency. He is very professional with many years of experience and gives value for money.

6 months ago I started my treatment for gum disease. My front teeth had separated and I was loosing teeth my gums were in a bad state. Monica who I must say is a breath of fresh air was the lady that talked me though what we had to do to get them under control. Only then would Dr Panchal be able to fix my front teeth and today I got my smile back. I can not thank Dr Panchal enough for making this possible.
