Imtiaz has recently acquired the practice from Robert Howell, after initially being asked to work at the practice to utilise his dentistry skills. He has been in general dental practice since 2008 after having gone through the required postgraduate training at Liverpool University Dental Hospital, University Hospital Aintree, AlderHey Childrens Hospital and the Countess of Chester Hospital. Imtiaz has been practising implant dentistry since 2009 and he currently also provides implant service at Warrington Smile Clinic. Imtiaz has undertaken undertaking extensive postgraduate training in implantology, learning from some of the leading clinicians all around UK and Europe. As part of his implant diploma at Royal College of Surgeons of England, London, he has also received training from University of Tubingen and Goethe University Frankfurt in Germany. Imtiaz recently updated his training in PRF (plasma rich fibrin) solutions. This technique is showing promising results in improving success rates with implant treatments

Robert Howell has recently sold his long-running practice to Imtiaz Mohammad, but remains operating at Rodney Street Implant & Dental to ensure his wide experience in postgraduate education, postgraduate examinations, undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and his skills as a dentist are not lost. Alongside providing care for our patients he is currently an examiner for the Diploma in Implant Dentistry, Faculty of General Dental Practitioners and the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Robert has also had over 25 cited publications to his name to date.
