I'm having root canal treatment and can not thank Tom enough for being highly professional, gentle and thoroughly meticulous. He has explained everything along the way and taken on board any points raised. What a brilliant dentist!! I've been treated over the years by Su, Minesh, and now Tom and I have 100% confidence in all of them. I love the way that they work as teams and have positive and respectful working relationships with the dental nurses. I would also like to thank Josie for her consistently friendly, informative approach - she is an excellent Practice Manager. Marcia is an incredible hygienist, and in fact, everyone I've met over the last 30 years has been exemplary. I have 100% confidence in everyone and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Practice. I have attended this practice over the last five years for general dental care and have always found everyone courteous and friendly. The service is very professional and skilled in a caring manner with consideration for the patients' comfort. Costs are quoted in advance and procedures are explained before and during treatment, along with any appropriate ongoing advice. Appointment booking is easy and efficient with helpful email reminders. I have always been happy with the treatment I have received and feel confident and safe in their hands. My thanks to all on the team for a great service. The dentist's chair never was my favourite place but these are my favourite dentists and they've made that chair far more comfortable!

I went to see Dr Nikolaos Kasiteridis at Forest and Ray as I was having complex problems with some upper teeth, including a front tooth, a difficult situation for anyone! I am extremely grateful to Dr Nikolaos who was a marvel; he went the extra mile for me as a dentist who wants the best possible outcome for his patient’s health, at the same time incorporating high technical ability with cosmetic expertise. I can safely say that Dr Nikolaos excels in all these areas, his wealth of experience and long service to the practice speak for themselves, and he is a real professional. He digs deep to do the best he can with any of your dental problems. He has helped me in so many ways to overcome my fears and complexes in relation to my teeth. I’m aware that I can be a difficult and fussy patient to deal with and Dr Nikolaos has managed to help with my issues in a calm and professional manner. So, if you are thinking of a dentist who incorporates technical excellence with integrity, and also extremely importantly, a sympathetic response to difficulties that can seem overwhelming, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Nikolaos and his excellent team. After not visiting the Dentist for a number of years and suffering from pain in both the upper and lower Left Jaw, I was referred Periodontist as I had Severe Gum Disease I first met Dr Azadeh Kiani and Nurse Rama in Mid-November. They immediately made me feel welcome made me feel very relaxed. After the initial examination, a full appraisal of my situation was explained and a Treatment Plan was prepared. This would mean some extractions, antibiotics and deep level descaling. This started in early December with a follow up about five weeks later. I had a final progress check on 12th March and now have Healthy Gums. I would like to thank everyone who assisted me at Dental Rooms, you made each of my visits as easy and stress-free as possible. I will make regular visits to the Dentist from now on.
