Grinding down of the adjacent teeth is not required. - Maryland bridges or resin-bonded bridges are used where too much chewing stress is not expected, ie, in restoring a lost front tooth. - Replacing multiple teeth: If you want to replace just one or two teeth a fixed bridge is possible as alternative to implants. - Replacing all teeth: The alternative to implants is the complete removable denture (conventional denture).

"All-on-4" term refers to “all” teeth being supported “on four” dental implants. As a result, just 4 implants can replace all teeth in your upper or lower jaw even in a day! The first step is a thorough consultation at Forest & Ray, where the implantologist explains the procedure, examines your teeth, makes an X-ray, and refers you to a CT scan. We carefully assess all the information. If you are eligible for the treatment and happy with our proposal, we can book you for the implant placement. On the day of the surgery all 4 implants are inserted in the morning. The procedure is easy and painless (implants are inserted under local anaesthetic) and safe for your health. I attended this clinic after being up all night with severe toothache. I have to admit I have a major phobia of dentists !!! I was so lucky to have got an emergency appointment on a Sunday! From the moment I entered the surgery waiting room a quivering wreck, I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who tried to put me at ease. When the lady dentist (Reena) called my name I was immediately put as ease, seating reassured and gently step by step spoken through my treatment. I must admit after being such a baby! I had my tooth out and it really didn’t hurt at all !! ( not to say I’m cured ) .The experience here was gentle and kind, and I am extremely grateful. Many thanks

Excellent service every time from the whole team at Toothism. Both Doctor Hayder Hariri and Doctor Noja Hariri have a warm friendly disposition,very welcoming, very engaging, with frank and precise advice regarding one's dental issues at hand. My appointments have included a couple of Extractions and visit to the Hygienist. Their methods and cheerful demeanour have always made me feel at ease at each visit. I couldn't have picked a better Dental Surgery, and very happy to recommend Toothism to family and friends without any hesitation.
