The Orthodontic Practice

Barry trained at University College Hospital, London, graduating in 1979. He started the Orthodontic Practice here in New Rents in 1988, having previously practised for nine years in Elwick Road, Ashford. Barry trained in Orthodontics at Canterbury Hospital and was awarded an M.Orth from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. He is a visiting academic for The University of Warwick and is Chairman of and examiner for, the Orthodontic Nurses Certificate. He is a regular adviser to the East Kent PCT through their Service Improvement Group. Barry is on the Specialist Orthodontic List.

Lokesh qualified as a dentist in India in 1983. After working in general dentistry for seven years he specialised in Orthodontics in 1993 at the University of Bangalore. After qualifying and practising in India for eight years, Lokesh undertook a further years Orthodontic training at the University of Cardiff. Lokesh is on the Specialist Orthodontic List. He has lived in Ashford for the past five years. 

Kate has worked at The Orthodontic Practice since she left school. After qualifying as a dental and then an orthodontic nurse, she trained as an Orthodontic Therapist, qualifying from The University of Warwick in July 2009. Kate now works as a qualified Orthodontic Therapist. Kate enjoys working in Ashford where she grew up and went to School.
