Emergency request to be seen after extraction of teeth, and had an infection.

Was more than 40 miles from my own dentist and saw Andrew, he was absolutely brilliant. I could not have asked for a better service, especially not being under this practice.

Willow Tree is close to me so I had my dry socket dressed here. I was in a lot of pain and mine was an urgent case. The clinic managed to give me a quick appointment. Everyone was extremely helpful.

Although I didn’t need any follow-ups for the dry socket treatment, I now use this practice for all my dental needs. It’s a lovely clinic.

I had a very painful socket after a wisdom tooth had been extracted by a previous dentist in another practice, on phoning them they refused to see me. So I rang Willow Tree. The receptionist was extremely helpful and they fitted me in the same day for it to be checked. I had a dry socket and an infection. The dentist was very helpful and explained everything including treatment, a prescription for antibiotics and aftercare.

The whole experience was very positive, with the staff really helpful.

Very pleased with this practice. I have been coming here a long time and I am very satisfied with all aspects of the service. I have never experienced so little pain with root canal work in the past.
