Nith Place Dental Practice

Philip qualified in 1988 from Glasgow University and joined Nith Place Dental Practice in 1998. He the entered into partnership in 2005, eventually taking over the practice and becoming the Principal Dentist in 2007. Phil also holds a certificate of cosmetic restorative dentistry and has worked with some of the top cosmetic dentists in the country.

Hemant qualified from Manipal University in 2000 and followed this with a Masters in Prosthodontics in 2003. Hemant joined the practice in 2006 and quickly built up a loyal patient base after moving from London to settle in Dumfries with his wife Utkantha. Hemant has achieved a masters degree in implantology and has been providing implant treatment at NPDP for 5 years and also accepts patient referrals from other dentists.

Mark graduated from Glasgow University in 2007 with a distinction in his final examinations. After graduation, he worked in Carluke before taking the opportunity to work in Western Australia as a dental officer. Mark joined our team at Nith Place Dental Practice in March 2012, he has settled in well and is quicly becoming a firm favourite with our patients.
