I was in trouble with a suspected infection and a painful tooth. I was booked in for an appointment the day after I phoned the particle. When I arrived I was very breathless with an ongoing lung problem. The staff at the practice could not have been kinder, helping me to recover my breath. The dentist even brought some cold damp tissues and kindly wiped my face and stayed with me until I recovered. I was then treated and my broken tooth was repaired and antibiotics prescribed. I cannot recommend the people who looked after me highly enough. Thank you all so very much.

Great value for money! Had a root canal done on an urgent appointment and as I felt lucky to get a booking so fast I was greatly impressed with the professionalism I was treated with. Full examination done with x-ray and have been explained in the nicest way possible all my dental issues and the pathway of the treatment. Expected a huge bill at the end for all the work done but it was actually less then expected. I highly recommend Dr. Alex and Dr. Alina. They're both highly experienced dentists with great skills. I had an appointment with Carmen, the implant lady. She was very professional, explained about the treatment, took some photos and X-rays. I now have my Smile story and can't wait to get my teeth looking good again. 30 years younger here I come!
Without a doubt the best dentist I have ever been to. Excellent manners and courtesy, superb 'bedside manner' and careful to explain what is what while progressing through your treatment. Even more importantly for me (as I am a bit of a coward in a dentist's chair) is pain management. I didn't feel a thing even when undergoing lengthy and complex treatment. He even anaesthetises the local area with a spray before applying the primary anaesthetic by injection which is itself then pain-free. First-rate surgery!
This was my second visit to the Birchfield Dental Practice in New Milton. I cannot speak more highly of my dentist Mr Matthew Hefferan. My follow up hygiene appointment with Bronya Hayward was also very thorough and professional. Bronya also gave me such good advice regarding daily dental hygiene.
