At the first appointment, I had a very thorough check-up, including X-rays, and Premal then gave me an in-depth explanation of the treatment I would need, the order of importance and cost, all of which was printed out for me. I was extremely happy with all of the staff I encountered, who were all very kind and helpful from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Premal Patel, who is a marvellous dentist. I have since had an extraction and today I was prepped for a crown - I didn't experience any pain or discomfort during or after either!
